Improper use of header tags:
Thanks, in part, to past abuses, header <tags> or text in your page header that only search engine bots can see, don’t weigh quite as heavily with the search engines as they used to but they certainly shouldn’t be ignored. The <title> tag is probably the most important as many search engines use this as the heading for your listing. It should contain your keywords but not be too long (75 characters or less). Next in importance is the <description> tag. While some search engines just pull random text off of your page, many others use the <description> tag to display in your listing. It should be a brief (250 characters or less) description of your page, with your keywords included. Let your customers know why they should choose your site over the others in their search results.
